Matthiola incana

Single stem stock in a rich pink colour. Flowers have a sweet fragrance and are edible. The iron series stems are typically slightly thicker and shorter than the Katz series. Not branching, do not pinch. Selectable for doubles - Iron varieties will produce roughly 55% double flowering stems without selection, the balance will be single flowers.
