Setaria italica macrochaeta

Also known as foxtail millet. Tail-like blooms emerge green and mature to a slight golden or caramel-like colour. Blooms will begin to bend as they mature and become heavier. Adds an interesting textural element to bouquets and arrangements, and also dries well. Birds also love it, a great garden addition for those hoping to attract more birds to their garden.
